Mobiles R'us - enterprise franchise

For this Trial Project you will be working as an individual. In the real thing, later in this unit, you will have t o work as a team. Most of the “decision making” has been done for you: Here is the scenario:

You and your team have been put in charge of a mobile phone shop franchise called “Mobiles R’us”. Your team must promote and run your shop which is in the city of Birmingham. To create a successful enterprise you must undertake a number of tasks.

Mobiles R’us is a national chain of highly successful mobile phone retail outlets (shops!). Anyone with sufficient cash to invest in a business can buy a franchise, rent or buy some shop premises and start trading.

Moibiles R’us is a fictitious company that has been invented for the purposes of this exercise.
