Database Search
Use the database to search for exercise types to improve your exercise regime. For example you may need to burn more calories and, therefore, do a more stamina based exercise.
- Do two searches to find yourself suitable new exercises.
- Now prepare database reports for these two searches. These need to be included in your Info. Pack. You must:
- Choose a suitable format
- Use sensible headings
- Include an image
