Time to get fit...

Maintaining a 'keep fit' lifestyle doesn't mean being stuck in a sweaty gym or wearing latex in an aerobics studio. Choose an activity that you actually enjoy and you're more likely to stick with it.


You need the right balance of exercise to maintain a fit and healthy body.  Stamina, stretching, aerobic, muscular......... different types of exercise put benefit the body in different ways.  Different types of exercise can be divided into different types.

You will create a "Exercise Check-up" for school/college studensts aged 10 and over.  This will use a spreadsheet to analyse data and inform the user if they are getting the right balance of exercise.

Users of the "Exercise Check-up" will receive an individualised Information Pack based on their results.

You will create a sample information pack based on your own results.

Lastly, you'll create a number of digital posters that are designed to encourage students to take part in a wider range of exercise and to try out your "Exercise Check-up".
